Accounting Intern – AR

About the role

The Finance Intern will support the finance team by developing, maintaining, and delivering financial information that helps shape business strategies. You will work on feasibility studies, data collection, and basic financial modeling to contribute to business case development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility and assessment work for proposed and ongoing projects.
• Produce accurate reports by gathering data from standard sources and formatting them.
• Perform economic research using existing systems and protocols.
• Provide basic financial modeling input for business cases, costs, and schedules.
• Extract and combine data to generate standard reports and access specific information as needed.
• Assist in developing and delivering financial policies, guidelines, and compliance protocols.
• Resolve routine queries from internal or external stakeholders regarding policies and procedures.
• Participate in assessment, development planning, and training activities.
• Stay updated on relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary non‑tertiary education.
• Basic experience with simple office and operational systems.
