About the role

STAY Residential is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its Riyadh office. This full‑time, on‑site role will lead financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards while supporting the company’s real‑estate and property‑management operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post accurate journal entries.
• Monitor and manage fixed‑asset registers.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and local regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and managing fixed assets.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial data.
• Expertise in journal entry processing and core accounting practices.
• Foundational knowledge of finance applied to real‑estate or property‑management.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and effective communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA) highly desirable.
• Experience in real‑estate or property‑management is a plus.
