Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the financial accounting function for Almarai in Riyadh, ensuring accurate and timely financial and management reporting to meet both internal and external stakeholder requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and month‑end close processes.
• Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to support audit activities.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Professional certification such as CIMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA or ICWA.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
