Accounting Specialist

About the role

Quest Global is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support its finance function across treasury, accounts payable, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage cash flow, ensure accurate vendor payments, and maintain compliance with local tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, monitor bank balances, and prepare liquidity forecasts.
• Execute domestic and international wire transfers and process Wage Protection System payroll.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle full‑cycle accounts payable, including invoice verification, coding, and vendor statement reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing and filing statutory tax returns such as VAT and corporate tax.
• Record and post journal entries in SAP and support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Create financial models, variance analyses, and ad‑hoc management reports using Microsoft Excel.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP (FI/MM modules) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple finance stakeholders.
