Finance Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee end‑to‑end finance operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and alignment with the company’s business objectives. The role partners with multiple departments to drive financial strategy, mitigate risks, and support ad‑hoc finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring alignment with policies, budgets, and company objectives.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity, balancing operational needs with financial and interest risks.
• Perform credit risk analysis on customers and ensure targeted daily sales outstanding.
• Lead initiatives to optimise accounts payable and payment processes.
• Maintain the fixed‑asset register and ensure proper approval of capital expenditures.
• Prepare, monitor and manage annual budgets, tracking project and CAPEX costs.
• Produce monthly financial reports, forecasts and variance analysis against budgets.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, tax regulations (ZATCA) and submit quarterly VAT returns.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and banks.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with operational functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience, with at least 3 years in an operational finance role.
• Experience leading a team of at least 5 staff members.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
