Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

The Accounts Payable Specialist joins FAENA Movement’s Finance team, supporting the new FAENA The Red Sea project in Saudi Arabia. This position ensures every invoice and payment is processed accurately, reflecting the brand’s high standards of hospitality and financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and enter invoices and purchase orders into the financial system, matching them with receiving documentation.
• Track payment due dates and process approved payments in line with FAENA financial policies and vendor agreements.
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for invoices, PO documentation, and receipts.
• Investigate discrepancies between supplier invoices and received goods or services to avoid delays.
• Respond to supplier inquiries professionally, providing timely resolutions.
• Reconcile vendor statements with internal records and prepare regular AP reports, including aging summaries and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by supplying required documentation and ensuring audit‑ready records.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Cost Control, Receiving, and Operations to align payment cycles and contract compliance.
