ACES Manager – Ultra Fast Grocery Operations

About the role

Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment is building a new ultra‑fast grocery service across MENA. We are looking for an experienced ACES Manager to lead the Amazon Now program in Saudi Arabia, driving last‑mile improvements and operational excellence for our rapidly expanding customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) last‑mile initiatives, standardising processes and acting as liaison between local operations and country business teams.
• Provide SME support for routing, planning and Kaizen events, coordinating cross‑functional projects to ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain health and safety standards, promote a safety culture, and hold functional owners accountable for deliverables.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects, strategic planning (3‑12 month horizon) and peak‑season preparation.
• Prepare and present leadership updates, MBRs and QBRs, establishing metrics for safety, quality, productivity and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, operations or program management.
• Proven leadership record with ability to influence and resolve issues across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making and experience with Kaizen or continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with regional teams.
