About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily workflows. This position involves managing customer files, activating services, and acting as a liaison between clients and service providers while adhering to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Open new customer files, enter data into approved systems, and activate services and agreements following established procedures.
- Verify the validity and completeness of customer documents to meet regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with customers to follow up on cases, resolve issues, and close complaints in coordination with service providers.
- Utilize company tools and systems to manage customer data, track requests, respond to inquiries, and generate operational reports for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- High precision in reviewing documents and data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
