About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Secretary to support daily operations in our Riyadh office. The role involves managing communications, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth interaction between departments while providing a professional front‑desk presence.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the manager’s calendar, schedule meetings and arrange appointments.
- Answer incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a courteous manner.
- Draft reports, memos and meeting minutes in both Arabic and English.
- Organise and upkeep physical and digital filing systems.
- Arrange business travel, hotel reservations and external meeting logistics.
- Follow up on daily tasks to guarantee seamless workflow.
- Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
