About the role
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer‑focused Front Desk & Customer Service Officer to support our operations in Saudi Arabia. The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while handling day‑to‑day customer inquiries and administrative coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage the reception area, meeting‑room scheduling, and visitor handling.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Support meeting scheduling and general office coordination tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑ups.
- Assist with office administration, documentation, filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in reception, front desk, administration, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Experience in GCC/KSA is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
