Quality Assurance Intern

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Intern at sarjai, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI‑driven voice solutions. This role offers hands‑on experience in testing processes, bug identification, and product improvement within a fast‑growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate product quality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve defects.
• Participate in regression, functional, and performance testing.
• Help improve QA processes, testing frameworks, and best practices.
• Support release cycles by validating features before deployment.
• Contribute to documentation of test cases, results, and QA procedures.

Required profile

• Final semester or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in software quality assurance, testing, and AI technologies.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus.
• Based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
