About the role

The AI & Automation Specialist will drive AI adoption across the organization by uncovering automation opportunities, building solutions with large language models such as Microsoft Copilot, and converting business processes into scalable, repeatable workflows. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, enabling data‑driven decision making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven solutions using LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI services.
• Create internal tools for reporting, analytics, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize use cases and run pilot projects.
• Measure ROI, ensure compliance, and establish governance for AI initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of business processes, problem‑solving ability, and effective communication skills.
• Experience delivering AI or automation projects in a corporate environment.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• API integration.
• Data handling with Pandas and SQL.
• Prompt engineering for large language models.
• Automation tools and frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services.
