AI Native Software Engineer

About the role

We are a forward‑thinking services company building AI‑native, agent‑powered workflows for enterprise clients. As an AI Native Software Engineer you will design, develop, and operate AI agents that augment business processes and scale across modern cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with client stakeholders to define use cases, prototype, and deploy robust, secure agentic workflows.
• Design and build enterprise‑ready AI agents incorporating retrieval, orchestration, policy‑based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) to enable multi‑provider integration.
• Contribute to shared libraries, SDKs, and reusable patterns for client projects.
• Leverage containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), microservices, serverless, event‑driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability stacks to deliver scalable AI‑native systems.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of services in production.
• Tailor agentic applications for verticals such as finance, healthcare, and retail, working closely with domain experts.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code‑with sessions, communicating trade‑offs and recommendations to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost, iterating rapidly based on feedback.

• Strong foundation in building cloud‑native solutions and hands‑on experience designing and deploying agentic systems for enterprise environments.
• Critical thinker who thrives in ambiguity and delivers concrete results.
• Ability to act as both technologist and trusted advisor to clients.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of leading complex technical initiatives.
