Airport Manager – East/South East Asia

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee Riyadh Air’s airport operations across our Indian Subcontinent outstations. The role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic planning to ensure safe, timely and cost‑effective airport services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all ground handling functions including passenger services, ramp, check‑in, baggage, lounge and ticketing.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and uphold safety and service quality standards.
• Represent Riyadh Air at AOC meetings, airport committees and regulatory forums, liaising with customs, immigration and airport authorities.
• Develop and lead the airport team – frontline leaders and customer‑service staff – driving performance, motivation and adherence to SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement of the guest experience and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee load control and coordinate with airline operations to support business goals.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 8 years progressive experience in airport or ground operations.
• At least 5 years supervisory experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2 global airports.
• Proven track record managing passenger services, ramp, baggage handling and load control.
• Experience with station start‑up or launch is a plus.
