About the role

Aamal Al-Masbah Al-Tijariyah is seeking a full‑time Sales, Marketing and Call Reception Specialist to join its Riyadh office. The position is hybrid, allowing some remote work while maintaining a strong on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, responding to customer inquiries with accurate product information.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects and existing clients, and coordinate order processing with internal teams.
• Support marketing initiatives, including digital and traditional campaign activities.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide basic product training or orientation to clients when required.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities in Arabic; basic English is a plus.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or call‑center environments, preferably within industrial or construction‑related sectors.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage time well and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Professionalism, integrity and a commitment to high customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
