About the role
We are looking for an Application Security Consultant to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle. The role focuses on protecting web and mobile applications by integrating secure coding practices and defending against common vulnerabilities such as the OWASP Top 10.
Key responsibilities
- Perform regular static and dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST) on new and existing code.
- Lead secure code review sessions and provide clear remediation guidance to development teams.
- Manage the security of APIs and micro‑services in distributed environments.
- Collaborate with architects to ensure security is built into modern cloud and web architectures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in application security or software development with a security focus.
- Relevant certifications such as CSSLP or CASE.
