Architect BIM Engineer – Hospital Projects

About the role
The Architect BIM Engineer will lead the creation and management of high‑level architectural BIM models for a large hospital project in Jeddah. You will ensure that all model‑based outputs meet the approved project requirements and support construction planning, procurement and site execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and update architectural BIM models to LOD 400‑500 using Revit, reflecting design intent, construction methods and material specifications.
- Identify and resolve architectural clashes through coordinated BIM processes and produce coordinated shop drawings.
- Generate accurate quantity take‑offs and BIM‑based schedules to aid cost control and procurement.
- Maintain model cleanliness, version control and compliance with BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the creation of as‑built models and documentation after construction.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience as an Architect BIM Engineer, with proven work on complex hospital projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a related field.
- Experience collaborating with Grade A main contractors.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD.
- Advanced Dynamo scripting capabilities.
- Advanced Navisworks expertise.
