Architect BIM Engineer – Hospital Projects

About the role

The Architect BIM Engineer will lead the creation and management of high‑level architectural BIM models for a large hospital project in Jeddah. You will ensure that all model‑based outputs meet the approved project requirements and support construction planning, procurement and site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update architectural BIM models to LOD 400‑500 using Revit, reflecting design intent, construction methods and material specifications.
• Identify and resolve architectural clashes through coordinated BIM processes and produce coordinated shop drawings.
• Generate accurate quantity take‑offs and BIM‑based schedules to aid cost control and procurement.
• Maintain model cleanliness, version control and compliance with BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the creation of as‑built models and documentation after construction.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience as an Architect BIM Engineer, with proven work on complex hospital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with Grade A main contractors.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Dynamo scripting capabilities.
• Advanced Navisworks expertise.
