Area Supervisor – Multi‑branch Operations

About the role

The Arabian Gates for Beverage Services Company is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee multiple coffee‑service locations in Jeddah. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving sales targets and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all branches.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise performance of several branches and monitor daily operations.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Lead, train and motivate store teams to deliver high service standards.
• Monitor service quality and customer experience across locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to verify compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support operational needs.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in branch supervision or area management.
• Background in the food & beverage or retail sector, preferably with Starbucks or Costa Coffee.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Valid Saudi driving licence (car preferred) and ability to travel within Jeddah.
• Excellent communication skills.
