About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join its team at Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh. You will act as the right-hand to the Housekeeping Manager, working proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the housekeeping department.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the housekeeping team and lead by example, keeping standards of cleanliness high.
- Ensure guests receive an impeccable experience.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to run the department smoothly.
Required profile
- Flexibility and a positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude.
- An eye for detail and ability to solve problems creatively.
- Passion for creating extraordinary service.
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Supervisory experience in a similar position is beneficial.
