Assistant O&M Engineer

About the role

The Assistant O&M Engineer supports the operation and maintenance of wind turbine units, ensuring safe and reliable performance throughout the project lifecycle. This role combines pre‑construction coordination, on‑site maintenance, and technical documentation duties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑construction activities, including receipt of turbine shipments, supervision of installation/erection, and commissioning.
• Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, defect elimination, and technical retrofits to keep turbine units operating stably and safely.
• Execute failure repairs on turbine components, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Record and collect operational data, maintain technical documentation, and establish comprehensive turbine archives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• Experience in the wind industry is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong passion for wind energy, high sense of responsibility, hard‑working, resilient, and able to adapt to demanding wind‑farm environments.
• Comfortable working at heights and proficient in English or Chinese.
