Assistant Outlet Manager (F&B) - Saudi Only

About the role

Swissôtel Al Maqam, a five-star deluxe hotel in the Abraj Al Bait complex near Masjid Al Haram, is hiring an Assistant Outlet Manager (Saudi only). Reporting to the Outlet Manager, the role supports and supervises the daily operation of the outlet, keeping service standards high, supporting the team and following up on assigned tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in daily operations: prepare the outlet for service, supervise the team during service, check standards and complete opening, closing and handover procedures.
• Supervise and train team members, run daily briefings, coach employees and support new hires.
• Handle guest service, complaints and feedback, and record guest feedback through the hotel's approved systems.
• Enforce hygiene, food safety and safety procedures, and report equipment and maintenance issues.
• Monitor food and beverage wastage, POS orders and payments, and suggest ways to reduce waste.
• Prepare daily and shift handover reports, follow up on tasks and coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Engineering, Housekeeping and Front Office.
• Act as outlet manager in their absence when assigned, and perform other duties as directed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a five-star hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems and food safety standards.
• Ability to train, lead and work under pressure, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
