Assistant Technician - Generator Assembly & Aftersales Service

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Technician to join a fast‑growing team that assembles and services generators. The role combines hands‑on mechanical and electrical work, supporting both factory production and on‑site after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive generator parts from the warehouse and assist with loading and unloading.
• Assemble generator components according to production schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out minor repairs on generator sets at customer locations.
• Clean generators after assembly and ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Maintain a tidy work area and strictly follow safety and operational protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics or electrical engineering is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in generator assembly, maintenance, or servicing.
• Physically fit – able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift medium to heavy objects frequently.
• Strong English communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer
