Associate Production Specialist

About the role

Ecolab is looking for an Associate Production Specialist to work on a manufacturing line in Dammam. You will be responsible for operating, preparing (mixing), filling, packaging and tote washing activities while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review and follow preparation, mixing, filling and packaging instructions at the start of each run.
• Verify availability of raw and packaging materials, PPE and safety procedures.
• Set up and adjust the production line according to specifications.
• Operate a range of equipment including fillers, sleeve labelers, pumps, filters, mixers, forklifts, cappers, tape machines, bar coders, ink‑jet printers, palletizers and lid presses.
• Load containers, label, mix, fill, cap, generate bar codes, take samples and keep the area clean.
• Participate in Kaizens, 5S, TPM, loss analysis and other continuous‑improvement projects.
• Measure and record quality and productivity data, perform basic quality tests and enter results.
• Report safety, quality or equipment issues and assist with line changeovers.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a chemical plant or warehouse environment.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to use basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages).

Required skills

• Operation of filler, sleeve labeler, pump, filter, mixer, forklift, capper, tape machine, bar coder, ink‑jet printer, palletizer and lid press.
• Equipment adjustment to control weight, closures and other specifications.
• Basic quality testing and data recording.
• Adherence to safety procedures and use of PPE.
