About the role
We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the premium beverage operations of a prestigious French beach club and fine‑dining restaurant in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage premium beverage operations, including cocktail program development.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing bar team.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain rigorous service standards and operational excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or upscale beach clubs.
- Strong knowledge of beverage operations and cocktail programs.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Focus on service standards, guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Experience in premium or luxury hospitality environments is essential.
