Bar Tender - F&B Services

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Bar Tender to join its F&B team in Riyadh. The role suits stylish, hands-on individuals who anticipate guest needs, support their department and deliver memorable experiences. Bar Tenders lead and inspire their team to create a wow factor for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively and on time to guest enquiries.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them in a timely, professional way.
• Deliver departmental plans and objectives so that hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and attain productivity and performance levels.
• Build effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation for internal and external audits, including follow-up where required.

Required profile

• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
• Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
