Barista

About the role

Sally Marketing Co is hiring a full-time barista in Tabouk. The barista prepares and serves hot and cold beverages according to quality standards, keeps the workspace clean and provides excellent service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and hot and cold drinks according to recipes and standards.
• Operate coffee preparation equipment and tools correctly.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Prepare and serve orders quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the preparation area and equipment clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory of beverage supplies and tell the manager when to reorder.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards and company policies, and follow the branch manager's instructions.
• Work with the team to deliver fast, quality service.

Required profile

• Experience preparing coffee and hot and cold beverages.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially during peak times, and to handle work pressure.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Team player who follows schedules and instructions.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of coffee equipment and making drinks to recipe standards.
• Attention to detail and quality of presentation.
• Ability to organize materials and equipment and monitor inventory.
