Bilingual Public Relations Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Public Relations specialist to train and evaluate AI chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will create and conduct diverse conversational tasks, measure model progress, and help improve the quality of AI language models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute complex bilingual conversations with AI chatbots.
• Assess chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and performance.
• Write novel dialogue scenarios to teach desired responses.
• Provide detailed feedback and metrics to guide model improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Independent contractor based in Saudi Arabia.
