Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the daily performance of the branch sales team, monitor sales achievements, and ensure efficient sales processes while handling customer complaints to maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily performance of the branch sales team and follow up on sales and process goals.
• Participate in peak‑season transactions to help achieve required sales targets.
• Manage consultants to meet operational targets by analysing business plans.
• Monitor and evaluate consultant performance, taking corrective action with management when needed.
• Ensure sales processes are efficient and address customer complaints, promoting standard procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sales or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar sales‑management role.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up abilities with a can‑do attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
