Brand Marketing Manager – Social & Influencer Focus

About the role

We are building a MENA marketing team for Flow, a tech‑enabled real‑estate brand. As the Brand Marketing Manager you will bring the brand to life on social platforms, turning regional strategy into engaging, scroll‑stopping content and influencer collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the KSA social and content plan across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Produce short‑form video, reels, stories and behind‑the‑scenes content on‑location and at events.
• Collaborate with the social media team on content calendars, scheduling and platform strategy.
• Plan and manage photoshoots, including vendor coordination, shot‑list creation and on‑site production.
• Recruit, vet and manage influencer partnerships, negotiating deliverables and nurturing relationships.
• Work with the Events team to capture influencer events and distribute the resulting content.
• Support the creation of brand collateral such as toolkits, templates, sales materials and signage.
• Assist B2B partnership development with co‑branded content and joint activations.
• Translate large‑scale marketing campaigns into content opportunities.
• Track performance metrics, report results and feed insights back to leadership.
• Manage timelines and light budgets for owned activities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in social media, content or influencer marketing, preferably for a consumer brand in MENA.
• Portfolio or reel showcasing personally created vertical video content.
• Deep understanding of the MENA social landscape (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube).
• Strong instinct for trends and a bias for action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
