Business Analysis Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analysis Manager to lead the analysis and redesign of business processes within our Chief Operating Office in Riyadh. The role bridges business and IT, ensuring that change requests are clearly understood, documented, and delivered with value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current business requirements and processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Facilitate and lead stakeholder meetings to validate needs, gather detailed change information, and align business and IT perspectives.
• Design and propose “To‑Be” processes, including workflow diagrams and wireframes where applicable.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, and Enterprise Architecture teams to craft optimal solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Produce documentation such as DOU, BRD, and User Stories, obtain technical and business approvals, and update artifacts with agreed changes.
• Support Project Managers during System Integration Testing (SIT) and System Acceptance Testing (SAT), and assist business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and document findings.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to teammates on related projects and maintain a daily task list.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Approximately 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a business analysis or similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.
• Process modelling and workflow design.
• Familiarity with SIT, SAT and UAT testing phases.
