Business Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support daily operations within our department. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop analytical and problem‑solving skills while working on real projects in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day activities and operational tasks while following established policies and quality standards.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to inform business decisions and project execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with teams to collect requirements and ensure functional objectives are met.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, delivering timely deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Assist in resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters when needed.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to provide insights and support recommendations.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, AI & Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0 (or equivalent 4/5).
• English proficiency demonstrated by TOEFL iBT (35‑45), IELTS (minimum 5.0) or STEP (minimum 85).
