Business Analyst / PMO Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst / PMO Analyst to drive strategy‑focused and transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. This position is centred on analytics, governance, and commercial optimisation rather than traditional IT implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategy‑driven projects and transformation programmes across banking operations.
• Prepare and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance activities, documentation, and workshop facilitation.
• Collaborate closely with client‑facing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or consulting environments is highly preferred.
• Strong coordination, reporting, governance and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a structured, fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation creation.
• High attention to detail and ability to synthesise complex information.
• Effective stakeholder management and workshop support.
