Business Analyst – Venture Building Team

About the role

The Business Analyst – Venture Building role is a strategic catalyst for turning market signals into validated growth opportunities. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to identify compelling ventures, shape viable business cases, and steward concepts from idea to learning‑driven validation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market research to size opportunities, map customer needs and assess competitive dynamics.
• Build business cases and financial models (revenue, costs, cash flows, ROI) to evaluate venture viability.
• Define learning agendas, design experiments and guide rapid prototyping of MVPs or pilots.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, data and operations squads to align on requirements, milestones and delivery.
• Track performance metrics, create dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Conduct risk analysis, scenario planning and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, product analytics, corporate development or management consulting.
• Proven experience in venture building or new‑product development and translating data into compelling business cases.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Data‑visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
