Business Development Consultant – Middle East

About the role

As a Business Development Consultant for the Middle East, you will support the creation and execution of CF’s growth strategy across the region. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and the Middle East Partner to raise awareness of CF’s services, manage key accounts, and drive the end‑to‑end proposal and bid process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Middle East Partner to develop annual, quarterly and monthly business plans.
• Identify emerging healthcare trends and opportunities in the Middle East that align with CF’s objectives.
• Manage the full business development pipeline from initial discussion through proposal development and contract signing.
• Coordinate with the marketing function to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with client procurement teams and potential partners.
• Monitor market developments, attend relevant conferences and identify thought‑leadership opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with deep knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Experience in strategy or management consulting, preferably within health systems or life sciences.
• Proactive, able to horizon‑scan market trends and translate them into business opportunities.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking skills.
