Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing

About the role

iShout Media is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the influencer marketing space across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will lead the acquisition of new clients, build strategic partnerships and expand the agency’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate business opportunities within the Saudi marketing ecosystem.
• Forge new partnerships and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, negotiate proposals and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales planning and pipeline management.
• Strategic thinker with strong market research and trend analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of marketing principles and their application to business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience in tech or marketing industry sales is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Riyadh and adapt to diverse business environments.
