Business Development Manager – Interior Design & Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth through partnerships with interior designers and architects. The role focuses on expanding our client base, managing key accounts, and supporting project execution from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting interior designers and architects.
• Generate leads, achieve sales targets, and secure new projects.
• Manage key accounts, nurture collaborations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Interpret basic CAD drawings and layout concepts to align solutions with client needs.
• Conduct site mapping and coordinate with the head office to track orders in the pipeline.

Required profile

• Master’s or postgraduate degree with a focus on marketing or sales.
• 4–5 years of proven sales experience and relationship‑building with clients.
• Exposure to interior design is an advantage.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a professional presentation.
