Business Development Manager – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and strengthen existing relationships across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will work on a variety of interior fit‑out projects, from commercial offices to bespoke shop fittings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential new clients, converting leads into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and market research to support growth.
• Build and maintain a robust network with designers, consultants, and other work providers.
• Compile a project pipeline using internal and external tools and create action plans for each opportunity.
• Collaborate with project teams to prepare proposals that address client needs and objectives.
• Facilitate meetings between client decision‑makers and senior company leaders.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the interior contracting or fit‑out sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and its commercial office fit‑out opportunities.
• Excellent networking, persuasion, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Flexibility to work on projects across different regions of the Kingdom.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align Havelock’s capabilities with client development plans.
