About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the corporate and government sectors in Riyadh. The successful candidate will lead the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and represent the company at key industry events.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and strategic partners.
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve company targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business forums.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong existing network and connections within corporate companies and government organizations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
