About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead end‑to‑end sales activities in the UAE market. The role covers prospecting, lead generation, account management and upselling, ensuring smooth execution from deal closure to project coordination and payment collection.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers in the system integration, IT services and technology solutions sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal to contract negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenue and report results to senior management.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within system integration, IT services or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of new business development and account management in the KSA market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud and software solutions.
