About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join BlueShield Consulting remotely. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the cybersecurity and GRC market.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to uncover prospects in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Generate leads, qualify opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to post‑sale client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal consulting, technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
- Strong background in market research, lead generation and relationship building.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and GRC industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
