Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development professional to expand our non‑beauty merchant network across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for identifying new brand owners and distributors, negotiating partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a fast‑moving e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard non‑beauty brand owners and distributors, building a long‑term cooperative merchant database.
• Lead end‑to‑end partnership execution, including requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, contract signing, and coordination with operations teams.
• Track performance metrics such as number of partners and GMV, analyze bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to meet targets.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes, producing analysis reports to inform strategic adjustments.

Required profile

• Existing relationships with non‑beauty brand merchants in Saudi Arabia; established cooperative channels are preferred.
• Experience in business development or operations on e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon or Noon.
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, resource integration abilities and capacity to work under performance pressure.
• Deep insight into Middle‑East non‑beauty market trends and consumer needs.
