About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development and Project Execution Lead for a French WaterTech/DeepTech company that turns ambient air into high‑quality drinking water. The role combines sales lead generation with on‑ground project delivery in Saudi Arabia, supporting the company’s mission to create water abundance.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, research and qualify potential leads using various tools and techniques.
  • Engage prospects through cold calls, emails and social media to generate interest.
  • Schedule meetings, demos and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates and KPIs.
  • Plan and execute commercial events to promote the company’s solutions.
  • Manage project execution on the ground, coordinating with clients, internal technical, operations and logistics teams.
  • Interface with government institutions and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and support technical testing.
  • Act as a bridge between headquarters, local partners and public stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Self‑driven, autonomous and able to take ownership of tasks.
  • Challenger mindset with a willingness to question assumptions.
  • Highly rigorous in reporting, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Data‑driven decision maker, comfortable with high outbound activity.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems for lead management.
