About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition for our recruitment and HR consultancy services. This freelance, remote position focuses on building relationships with decision‑makers in companies across Saudi Arabia and expanding our client portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the firm’s client base.
- Understand client recruitment needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and high‑profile clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong network of contacts with HR leaders and company decision‑makers.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a consultancy or recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.

What we offer
- Commission‑only compensation with potential earnings of SAR 200‑400 K per year.
- Freelance/contractual arrangement, fully remote.
