About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive the performance of our Sales Account Executives. In this role you will coach, motivate and ensure the team meets acquisition targets while fostering a high‑performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach Sales Account Executives to achieve acquisition targets.
- Set, monitor and report on team KPIs, targets and activity plans.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups and performance reviews.
- Manage sales pipelines, lead generation and conversion performance.
- Support negotiations and strategic partner meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with pricing and commission policies.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training.
- Coordinate with Operations for smooth partner onboarding and monitor post‑onboarding performance.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback and competitor activity.
- Drive accountability, discipline and a high‑performance sales culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership or team management.
- Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, pipeline management and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coaching abilities.
- Ability to manage targets, performance and team productivity under pressure.
- Good market awareness and understanding of competitor activities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
