About the role
IBM Consulting is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant focused on Finance to support go‑to‑market activities across Business Process Operations. You will work with cross‑functional teams in Finance, Procurement and HR, leveraging AI tools to drive efficient processes and deliver measurable client impact.
Key responsibilities
- Support Business Process Operations go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Conduct market research and provide proposal support.
- Analyze and improve processes in Finance, Procurement and HR domains.
- Apply AI tools where relevant to enhance analysis and recommendations.
Required profile
- Understanding of Finance, Procurement or HR fundamentals.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their business applications.
- Basic knowledge of business operations, strategic planning, P&L and balance‑sheet planning.
Required skills
- Financial modeling concepts and techniques.
- Data analysis tools and methodologies.
- AI tools for business transformation.
