Butler – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

The Butler, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, ensures every guest’s arrival and departure at The St. Regis Red Sea Resort is memorable and seamless. Working on the resort’s front‑of‑house team, you will provide personalized service that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and escort them through check‑in procedures.
• Assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination and local area information.
• Process operational requests, address guest inquiries, and complete daily reports.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform standards and clear communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Uphold safety, confidentiality, and quality standards throughout the shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light manual labour.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to follow company policies and protect assets.
