About the role

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea is seeking a dedicated Room Service Manager to lead its in‑room dining operation. This role ensures guests receive impeccable service throughout breakfast, lunch, dinner, overnight, and special amenity deliveries in a luxury beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the in‑room dining service, maintaining Four Seasons’ high standards of quality and timeliness.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing room service team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and professionalism.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to service protocols.
• Collaborate closely with culinary and food‑and‑beverage departments to coordinate menus, special requests, and inventory.
• Manage guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in room service or in‑room dining management within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
