Butler – Luxury Hospitality Service

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Butler to join Accor Plus in Saudi Arabia, delivering personalized luxury service to our guests. The role involves supervising a team, managing guest preferences through the Opera system, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all tasks of the Butler staff, assigning work to non‑supervisory personnel.
• Communicate clearly with other operating departments regarding Butler operations.
• Record, receive and distribute reports and guest requests via the Opera system.
• Maintain administrative data, key control sheets, and pre‑arrival preparations.
• Ensure smooth handover of daily activities to the next shift.
• Appraise appearance, discipline and efficiency of staff under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper repair of the working area and equipment.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, delegating and reporting to the Head or Assistant Head Butler.
• Track guest supply consumption and update repeat‑guest profiles.
• Identify training needs, schedule trainings and monitor performance, providing feedback.
• Anticipate guest needs, orchestrate special occasions and respond to in‑house calls, messages and emails.

Required profile

• Experience supervising hospitality staff and managing daily operations.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Attention to detail in administrative tasks, key control and guest preferences.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Proactive attitude in training, performance monitoring and service improvement.
