Center of Excellence General Practitioner (GP)

About the role

My Clinic is seeking a Center of Excellence General Practitioner to deliver comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages. The role emphasizes prevention, chronic disease management, patient education and collaborative care within the Center of Excellence programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, including history‑taking, physical examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies and other investigations in line with evidence‑based guidelines.
• Manage chronic medical conditions through ongoing monitoring, medication management and lifestyle counseling.
• Promote prevention and screening for individuals at risk, providing education and early‑intervention services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in medical records, including progress notes, referral forms and population‑health dashboards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the care pathway.
• Educate patients on disease self‑management, healthy habits, medication adherence and the importance of regular follow‑up.
• Monitor patient groups, assess treatment response and adjust care plans under supervision of the Medical Review Physician.
• Contribute to achieving SPOs touchpoints and improving healthcare outcomes.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a current license to practice as a General Practitioner in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in outpatient or primary‑care settings delivering comprehensive medical care.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments, order and interpret investigations, and manage chronic conditions.
• Strong communication skills for patient education and multidisciplinary collaboration.
